| | Larry McMinn is a Certified Engineering Technologist with a diploma in Petroleum Resources Technology from the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology. Mr. McMinn has over 27 years of experience at both senior and start up junior oil and gas producers in all aspects of oil and gas exploration and production. Mr. McMinn began his career at Imperial Oil ( 12 years ) and then as senior geologist for Danoil Energy Ltd. ( 8 years ) helping grow the company from 700 to 5500 boepd. Mr. McMinn then joined Geocan Energy Ltd. ( 5 years ) as Vice President, Exploration helping grow the company from 0 to 3300 boepd. and has been with Athlone Energy Ltd. as Vice President, Exploitation since October, 2005. |

| | Mr. Aubry is President of Aubry Consultants Ltd., a private resource consulting company. Peter is also President of Bopete Resources Ltd., and Westcal Gas Ltd., both private oil and gas companies. Mr. Aubry was co-founder and Director of two Toronto Stock Exchange listed junior oil and gas companies, Zephyr Resources Ltd., and Vero Resources Ltd., and served as a director of Pan Atlas Energy Inc. Mr. Aubry graduated from Michigan Technology University with a B.Sc. in Geology. |

| | Mike Sanguinetti is a professional engineer and geologist with over 35 years of mineral exploration experience in Canada, the United States, Russia, and Latin America. Between 1969 and 1983 he was a partner in Cordilleran Engineering where he managed exploration projects in British Columbia, the Yukon, the Northwest Territories, and the western United States. In 1985 he founded Sanguinetti Engineering Ltd. in Vancouver where he has continued his mineral exploration activities in a wide variety of locations. Mr. Sanquinetti has been a director of Athlone since 1993. |

Henk Van Alphen

| | Mr. Van Alphen has been in the mining business for 23 years first as an exploration/drilling contractor and then as President of Pacific Rim Mining Corp., where he laid the foundation for Pacific Rim to become a successful South American based resource company. He served as Vice-President of Corriente Resources Inc. from 1994 to 1999, following which he became the President of Cardero Resource Corp., spearheading its entrance into South America, particularly Argentina and Peru. Mr. Van Alphen is presently the President and a director of Cardero Resource Corp., and Wealth Minerals Ltd. and is a director of International Tower Hill Mines Ltd. |
